Monday: Metabolic Conditioning 6-6:30pm $3 per class
Thursday: Stability/Balance/Flexibility 6-7pm $5 per class
Friday: Metabolic Conditioning 8:30-9am $3 per class
Saturday: Full Body Strength Training 7:30am-8:30am $5 per class
*Yoga Mat, Hand Weights and Water suggested

*Personal & Small Group Training*
There is so much to experience when you train with a Coach. Take on challenges you would never dare to face alone. Experience achievements previously only possible in your imagination. Your Coach knows your goal and fitness level, and based on this, formulates a training plan just right for you!
Your training might be unique, but your effort and progress will be shared!
Personal 1 on 1 Coaching: $30 per session
Small Group Coaching:
Group of 2 – $20 per person per session
Group of 3- $15 per person per session
Fitness Program and/or Nutrition Coaching
Focused Fitness Programs for you to implement at home or at the gym! Includes a tracking form and exclusive exercise videos for you to reference:
2 Day Legs/Glutes
2 Day Arms/Shoulders
2 Day Back/Chest
3 Day Core – great addition for any program
$20 each or All 4 for $60
Personalized Nutritional Guidelines for you to implement – $30
Amount per Meal based on goals
*After initial evaluation and payment, guidelines will be emailed within 5 business days.
Personal Coaching Programs:
Guided Personal Coaching: I create a fitness program for you to implement. Program review every 2 weeks. $100 per month; payment plan options.
Guided Personal Nutritional Coaching: I create nutritional guidelines for you to implement. Program review every 2 weeks. $100 per month; payment plan options.
Guided Personal and Nutritional Coaching: I create a fitness program and nutritional guidelines for you to implement. Program review every 2 weeks. $150 per month; payment plan options.
**Guided Personal and Nutritional Coaching with 1 on 1 training sessions: I create a fitness program and nutritional guidelines for you. We will also meet for 1 on 1 training session(s). Program review every 2 weeks. $150 per month plus 1 on 1 training $20 per session; payment plan options.
*After initial evaluation, program will be emailed within 5 business days.
*Every program comes with 1 free group class per week!
*For the best results and lifestyle change, 12 weeks is highly suggested for each program.
